Partnership - building an all-rounded education experience

For the large part of my life in travels and expeditions, I've never really come to realise the power of a holistic service learning experience till we started to experiment with partnerships at home and abroad. When we look at building partnerships in an integrated to enable people to learn about their lives, their values and their goals, we see the learning experience grow with depth and breadth.

The best partnerships are when the two parties have a reciprocal relationship. When each contributes to the other's shortfalls, complementing and mentoring at the same time.
